We are Lorenzo and Sonny Styles, student athletes that are honored to support the Huckleberry House Sleep Out Campaign. We had the opportunity to visit the Huckleberry House last year to see the great work they are doing in the community for homeless youth.  On the field we are battling for a championship, but off the field young people the same age as us, and in many cases even younger, are battling a far tougher opponent. On May 31, we are sleeping out at Lower.com Field, Chase Plaza, to support the 2024 Huckleberry House Sleep Out Campaign and to show solidarity with the youth who battle homelessness on a daily basis.  This will be our second year participating in this event, and we ask that you please join Team Styles in this battle against youth homelessness by donating to the sleep out fundraising campaign.

At Huckleberry House, their lights are always on.

In 2024, 3,000 young people, ages 14 to 24, will experience homelessness in Franklin County. Another 4,000 will be at risk of homelessness, unsure of where they will sleep on any given night.

In 2023, Huckleberry House met the needs of homeless and unstably housed 12-24 year olds, providing nearly 36,000 nights of shelter in their crisis shelter and housing programs and supporting their mission: With hope, Huckleberry House shelters, supports, and guides youth navigating challenges.

We are sleeping out on Friday, May 31 at Lower.com Field, Chase Plaza to show up in solidarity with the youth who experience homelessness on a daily basis. Please consider supporting our sleep out fundraiser for Huckleberry House so they can keep opening doors for central Ohio youth.
